An hour long session tailored to you, capturing you and your love, your nearest and dearest, your growing family or even just you. Within two weeks after your session you'll receive 30+ hi-res images in a digital album.

I have packages to suit most common wedding day arrangements right from those opting for an all day love affair to those going off to intimately elope. Scroll down to read about what you can expect when booking with By Caitlan.

Fashion
Prices vary for each campaign project. Not only can I be the photographer but I can help with production - everything from sourcing models, location scouting to styling.

BOOKING YOUR WEDDING
THE PROCESS
Step one: Inquiry
The first step to becoming a By Caitlan couple is to inquire! You'll find a form through the 'book your date' link above, or via the contact page. This is a great opportunity for you to tell me a bit about your wedding and to see if I have your date free.
Step two: Consultation
After I receive your inquiry I will send you information about my packages and then we'll find a time to set up a call and have a chat. This allows us to get to know each other a bit better and to go over how I could best serve you. It's also a great opportunity for us to go over package details.
Step three: Booking
Will you say yes to the photographer? If you think we are a great fit I'd love to get you and your love booked in as a By Caitlan couple. The booking process consists of two steps: 1. signing a client contract and 2. paying a 30% non-refundable deposit. Once both steps are complete you are officially booked in and added to my calendar.
Step four: Engagement session
Now that the paperwork is out of the way lets get you in for a complimentary engagement session! These provide the perfect opportunity for us to meet in person and for you to get a feel for being in front of the camera before your big day. The engagement period is an important phase of your wedding journey, so let's capture your love in this stage.
Step five: Wedding planning
If you thought you were just getting a photographer, think again! What you really get is a wedding best friend and planner. I love to catch up with my couples and go over all things wedding, and am always more than happy to help with your planning needs. Around one month out from the day I like to meet up with my couples to go over the finer details and the schedule.
Step six: Your big day
Your special day is finally here and you're seeing all the beautiful elements that you have been tirelessly planning for months come together. You can be assured that I will be there documenting it all, capturing all the moments of the day while you celebrate your love. It's going to be perfect!
Step seven: Sending your photos
The day went by quickly right?! I know you are excited about just being married and I want you to be able to share your big day with the world as soon as possible so I'll send you a sneak-peek set of photos the day after your wedding! I'll then send you your highlights gallery within a week and then your full gallery will be ready within four weeks. This may be the closing chapter but I am always keen to hear what my couples are getting up to and how they are, after all, they all do become friends. So please, stay in touch!
